WHY THIS MADE THE CUT


Drinking the lactate of a different species always struck us as odd. Dairy being good for you is a myth perpetuated by the USDA and the dairy industry. Full stop. Fortunately we’re living in a renaissance of non-dairy yogurt alternatives. It’s easy to find live cultured yogurt with made with nuts, soy or coconut and new options seem to be popping up weekly. Few scoops of yogurt, fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola takes about as much time to make as a bowl of cereal.

 

INGREDIENTS


Core Ingredients:

  • Non-dairy yogurt (Silk, Daiya, and So Delicious are BLOK favorites)

Optional Ingredients:

  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pepitas 
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Granola
  • Agave nectar
 

DIRECTIONS


This is about as easy as it gets.
