WHY THIS MADE THE CUT


Thanks to the nuts and seeds, this treat is packed with fiber, healthy fat and protein. Besides being delicious, these energy bites keep well and travel easily. Keep some in your car, backpack, gym bag or work desk, this easy snack always satisfies.

 

INGREDIENTS


Core Ingredients:

  • Walnuts
  • Dates
  • Cacao powder
  • Coconut oil
  • Sea salt

Optional Ingredients: 

  • Chia seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cacao nibs
  • Vanilla extract
 

DIRECTIONS


  1. Chop up the walnuts and dates to a fine crumble (food processor is fine if you have one).
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (except seeds) and mix well.
  3. Form into small balls and coat with chia and sesame seeds.
