Noodles & Company, as the name implies, offers noodle-centric dishes, salads, soups and pasta. They have a few dishes already vegan, and with some easy modifications many more will accommodate. Around since 1995 they now have over 500 locations nationwide.



Here's some high-level suggestions on how to enhance your plant-based experience at Noodles & Company:

  • Noodles & Company has one already-vegan noodle dish on their menu and it's super dope - the Japanese Pan Noodles.

Noodles & Pasta:

  • Japanese Pan Noodles - caramelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Asian sprouts, black sesame seeds and cilantro.

  • Thai Green Curry - sweet coconut green curry sauce, rice noodles, pineapple, broccoli, red onion, snap peas, lime, black sesame seeds and cilantro (order without shrimp).

  • Spicy Chipotle Adobo - cavatappi noodles in a smoky adobo sauce, red onion, mushrooms, sour cream, lime and cilantro (order without meat, the cream sauce, sour cream and cheese garnish).

  • Pasta Fresca - balsamic, olive oil and roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinach (order without meat or the cheese garnish).

  • Spicy Korean Beef Noodles - noodles tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang sauce, napa and red cabbage, Asian sprouts, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro (order without meat and substitute ramen noodles for any other noodle type except egg noodles).

  • Penne Rosa - spicy tomato, penne pasta, mushrooms, tomato and spinach (order without cream and cheese).

  • Spaghetti with Marinara - spaghetti, crushed tomato marinara and parsley (order without cheese).
