FRESHII: VEGAN MENU OPTIONS

Here's some high-level suggestions on how to enhance your plant-based experience at Freshii:
For an extra boost of protein sub quinoa for rice.
You always have the option to add tofu or falafel as a protein source. If these aren't your thing just add beans, chickpeas and/or nuts to increase your protein intake.
We prefer to build our bowls from scratch, but Freshii has a lot of plant-based options or ones that can be easily modified.
Honey is not technically considered vegan, but some plant-basers still consume it. We will leave this ball in your court.
PLANT-BASED MENU ITEMS
Bowls are generally our go-to. And we usually create a custom bowl since it's so easy. We love the fiery BBQ and teriyaki sauces to add more flavor.
Buddha Satay - rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, crispy wontons, green onions, spicy peanut sauce
Pangoa Bowl - brown rice, avocado, aged cheddar, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime wedge, fiery bbq sauce
Bamboo Bowl - brown rice, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, coconut, mushrooms, cilantro, lime wedge (remove green curry sauce because it has dairy and replace with teriyaki, spicy peanut, or fiery bbq sauce)
Teriyaki Twist - brown rice, edamame, crispy wontons, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce
Mediterranean Bowl - quinoa & field greens, kalamata olives, almonds, red onions, cucumber, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, red pepper sauce (remove the feta cheese and we recommend adding the falafel as your protein)
Khao San - brown rice, spinach, almonds, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, spicy peanut & lemongrass sauce
Baja - quinoa, romaine, avocado, corn, cabbage, green onions, salsa fresca, cilantro lime vinaigrette
Salads & Wraps:
Most of their salads and wraps are vegan or close to vegan. For the ones that are almost vegan just substitute for the cheese, honey dijon mustard, yogurt or ranch dressing.
Zen - spinach & romaine, mango, edamame, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, crispy wontons, sesame seeds, asian sesame dressing
Metaboost - spinach, kale & field greens, mango, almonds, carrots, edamame, balsamic vinaigrette (remove goat cheese)
Fiesta - field greens, avocado, corn, black beans, salsa fresca, cilantro lime vinaigrette (no cheddar)
Market - field greens & spinach, quinoa, avocado, feta cheese, dried cranberries, beet slaw, green apple, carrots, sub another dressing for honey dijon
Unamii - kale, brown rice, avocado, edamame, mushrooms, cucumber, cabbage, carrots, hemp seeds, ginger miso dressing
Superfood - vegetable broth, quinoa, kale, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, red onions (we recommend adding tofu as your protein)
Spicy Lemongrass - vegetable lemongrass broth, rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, cilantro (make sure you ask for the vegetable broth because chicken broth is also one of the options for this menu item)
Juices & Smoothies:
Get the smoothies without yogurt (you can sub coconut milk) and if you want to add protein powder they offer plant-based options.
