DIRECTIONS

We’ve included a link for a quinoa-based taco “meat” however there’s plenty of easy alternatives if you prefer something quick. Trader Joe’s Beeflees Ground Beef is one of our favorites and would fool most omni’s. Almost every grocer should have something similar.

  1. Cook taco “meat” - If you’re not making it from scratch (we usually don’t) simply heat it up in a frying pan with a little oil and add your favorite taco seasoning. Some seasonings require adding water as well.
  2. Heat tortillas - Wrap in aluminum foil if you’re using the oven, or microwave for a couple minutes covered with a damp towel. Stovetop method is good option if you only need a few.
  3. Assemble - Get your creative juices flowing or stick with the basics.
