Depending on how comfortable you feel in the kitchen, dinner can be a daunting meal to incorporate more plants into. We always preach progress over perfection so if you're feeling a little intimidated, don't worry, we have ideas. You're not going to become an expert plant-based chef overnight, instead focus on learning a few basic meals to add to the rotation. As you get comfortable, learn a few more.
