Hitting the plant game long before we heard about kale, Jared Leto looks about 28 (he's in his mid-40's), and holds accomplishments similar to those gearing up to collect social security. But Leto’s preserved boyish appearance, which should be a huge tip off, is the work of 20 solid years of eating plant-based and taking care of himself.  

Leto is both a widely successful rock star, starring as lead vocalist for 30 Seconds to Mars, and an A-list actor, winning an Academy Award for Dallas Buyers Club, and has starred in one of the most anticipated roles as the Joker in Suicide Squad.

The method actor lives a mostly straight edge lifestyle and largely credits sleep and his plant-based diet to his health and progressive career. At 45, this gangster continues to reach strides in his career, proving just how powerful plants are.
