After sorting out the mysteries of the universe Einstein began flirting with the plant-based lifestyle.  He wrote to a friend in 1930, “It is my view that a vegetarian manner of living, by its purely physical effect on the human temperament, would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind.”  He ultimately didn’t make the switch until later in life which proves it’s never too late to benefit from seismic lifestyle changes.  We’re not saying that Einstein is right, all we’re saying is he won a Nobel Prize for singlehandedly unraveling the nature of spacetime.  So after decades of meditating on the subject if he concluded that eating plants was the answer, who are we disagree with his genius?

I am living without fats, without meat, without fish, but am feeling quite well this way. It always seems to me that man was not born to be a carnivore.
