Vegan plant-based documentary The Game Changers ready to debunk the world's most dangerous myth

We can't wait to see James Cameron's new movie The Game Changers. The film follows James Wilks, specials ops trainer and winner of The Ultimate Fighter, on his quest to debunk the myth that meat is necessary for protein, strength and optimal health.

The film profiles a number of elite vegan athletes such as strongman Patrik Baboumian and sprinter Morgan Mitchell. Patrik is a straight plant-based BEAST. He was formerly Germany's Strongest Man and still holds multiple world records in strongman events like the keg life, log lift and super yoke. Morgan won multiple sprinting titles before going on to represent Austrailia in the 2016 summer Olympics.

The film isn't just a bunch of inspiring stories about a few badasses who happen to be vegan. It's also heavy in scientific evidence to bolster the argument that a plant-based diet really does give you an edge in achieving top physical performance.

The Game Changers was first shown in at Sundance Film Festival in January and is expected to be released sometime later this year.

Someone asked me, ‘How could you get as strong as an ox without eating any meat?’ And my answer was, ‘Have you ever seen an ox eating meat?’
