ORDERS: BLOK processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days of purchase. If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.   

RETURNS: We hope you love your BLOK purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy with our item(s), we accept returns within 21 days of purchase date. Your items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We will refund your original form of payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back at our warehouse. Gift cards, sale merchandise and items purchased during a promotion are final and cannot be returned. Contact hello@thebloklife.com to initiate a return.  

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. We do not mark up shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, Paraguay, Panamá, Perú, Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
